I'd like to thank John and Kate Valk for entrusting me with such a beautiful natured companion in Ava, my deepest thanks to you both! Also a thanks to Alison Cowin without Flash Ava would not be possible.

Ava is out of DOL #1 Breed Score Winner 2011 and #3 All Breeds- Multi BIS Aus Sup Ch/Am Gr Ch Bordalace Flash N Dash PT and the stunning Khayoz Heavens Above and she's definitely exceeding my every expectation so far! Ava is stealing the attention of many judges, always sharing their fond opinion of her. Ava acheived her Australian Championship title with ease making up a quater of the points required at just 7 months old before taking a 5 month break from the ring, where she came back with a bang receiving another 65 points in her first month back.

Ava gained her title on her last weekend in junior with 3 back to back best of breeds and two of the classes in group on offer. A multiple class in group (at every class level thus far) and class in show winner and has been short listed for group among stunning mature supremes. Ava will be dabbling in some obedience and doggie dancing and hopefully venturing into herding and agility later in life, but spends her days spoilt as a couch potato.

At the recent Border Collie Club of Victoria annual specialty show Ava was awarded 3rd place in a highly competitive Intermediate Bitch class (9 entries)  under breed specialist judge Mrs Robyn Evans (Winpara Border Collies WA)

Best Exhibit in Group Mt Gambier Judge Ian Hinde (98 entries)

BCCV National Fundraiser Championship show Ava goes Runner up Best Exhibit in Show & Best Intermediate In Show (54 entries)

Runner Up Best In Group Mrs Weil

Runner Up Best In Group Mr Weil

Runner Up Best In Group Perth Classic (198 entries) Mrs Clark (IRE)

Critique BCCV September Fundraiser Championship Judge Mrs D Baillie: "Stylish bitch of ideal size and substance. Totally feminine head of correct proportions with good stop, nice chiselling, foreface more refined complimenting her sex but with adequate strength, underjaw and in no way snipy. Clean and neat movement out and back. Good bone although could stand a bit slackly in pastern at times when unsettled but her stance and composure continued to improve as the class progressed. Smooth and light side gait conveyed the impression stealth and a tireless worker- RESERVE CHALLENGE-RUNNER UP IN SHOW-INTERMEDIATE IN SHOW

Critique from judge Mrs Robyn Evans;

"Another bitch of excellent breed type. Very good head proportions, lovely dark eye of correct shape. Good substance for her size. Slightly upright in shoulder. Very good outline on the stack. Moved cleanly but not the reach and drive of those above her. Presented in very good coat and condition."

Karma is from Denim and Ava's first litters and also Qeltynn's first litter under the prefix, thus she is a very special girl. Karma has a strong head, beautiul dark eye, lovely bone, nice angulation, wonderful front and beautiful movement. Paired with her excitable and lovable nature we are very excited to see what the future brings for this beautiful girl. Karma is always shown against her much more mature mother and I'm happy to say even in the ugly junior stages she is knocking her mother off the top spot already. Karma is an exceptional mover with outstanding side gait. She has a very sweet personality and is a true people person.

Poker had a stellar career whilst in Australia with class in group wins and multiple Res Bitch CC's in huge competitive line ups. Poker has since taken the long trip over to Robert Harlow in the UK. At her first appearance she won her class of 27 entries and qualified for Crufts. We look forward to seeing what big things this team can take on in 2016.

Poker is a strong bitch of great size, substance and bone. She has great proportions and a stunning front with wonderful lay of shoulder. She has a keen dark eye with very soft feminine expression. Correct head piece with well set and beautifully positioned ears with ideal stop and full dentition with a clean scissor bite. Poker is very much the clone of her mother.

Dellhousie Magestic Gem PT HIC "Ruby"

(Crestvale Cool N Classy x Ch Dellhousie Magestic Lass CD)

Ruby came to me as a late birthday present/early christmas present in December 2000. Little did I know that she would be the start of a massive life change! Together we have taken on the junior handler ring, conformation ring, herding arena, obedience arena, professional trick training and tv training. Subconciously I developed a 'type' in what I love in the Border Collie through my love of Ruby and the time spent with her.

In 2009 Ruby and I took on the herding ring where she completed her Herding Instinct Certificate, Herding Tested and Pre-trial Tested titles in just 2 competitions at the age of 9 years old.

After 11 years battling with my nerves to take on the obedience ring (I was 8 years old when I started training Ruby in obedience), Ruby and I took on the obedience ring where she was exceptionally close to a pass had she not had a "seniors moment" in the end of her stays. I truly believe she would have easily titled in the obedience rings had I conquered my nerves when she was younger.

Ruby whelped 4 litters of puppies during her younger years all large litters of 6-8 puppies.
